Deep Cleaning is the intensive starting service for an occupied home with accumulated buildup. It is meant for work that goes beyond maintaining an already-clean baseline.
Darkened grout, soap residue, established kitchen grease, dusty baseboards, and neglected edges can indicate that routine maintenance is not the right first scope. Describe what you see rather than relying only on the date of the last cleaning.
Deep Cleaning is designed for a home that is still occupied and worked around furniture and belongings. Choose Move-In Cleaning before unpacking or Move-Out Cleaning after belongings leave when the home will be empty.
Know the baseline scope
The Signature 50-Point scope organizes detailed work across the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and throughout the home. The Cleaning Checklist shows the individual points so the meaning of deep cleaning is visible before booking.
The checklist defines the service, while the quote request identifies the home's condition, accessible areas, priorities, and any selected extras. Review those details before the appointment so the planned work is clear.
Optional work
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are separately selected paid add-ons. They are not folded into the Signature 50-Point scope.
Exterior window cleaning belongs to the standalone Window Cleaning service. Keeping it separate allows the exterior glass and access conditions to be scoped directly.
Describe the actual condition
Share the home's approximate size, bedroom and bathroom count, visible condition, and the areas that concern you most. Clear photos of showers, cooking areas, baseboards, or other buildup can make the requested scope easier to understand.
If one room or surface matters most, include it in the quote request. Priorities can then be considered alongside access and selected add-ons before the price is confirmed.
Prepare for the booked work
Preparation depends on the home and the work selected. Confirm any required access, parking, pet, fragile-item, or appliance-interior steps when the scope is booked rather than relying on a generic checklist.
