Privacy Policy

Effective January 2, 2026 · Last updated January 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Art's Cleaning Services, LLC, together with its affiliates, predecessors (including A Plus Services), successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, shares, retains, and protects information about visitors to our website at arthomeclean.com and any related pages and subdomains (the "Site") and about customers and prospective customers of our cleaning and related services (the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site or the Services, or by communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy, including its applicable limitations and the resolution of disputes described in our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or the Services. If you enter into a separate written agreement with us, that agreement may supplement or modify the terms applicable to you.

This Policy is incorporated into, and subject to, our Terms of Service, Website Terms of Use, and SMS Terms.

1. Scope of This Policy

1.1. This Policy applies to information we collect: (a) on or through the Site; (b) when you request, book, receive, or pay for the Services; (c) when you communicate with us by phone, text, email, web form, or otherwise; and (d) from third parties and automatically, as described below.

1.2. This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties we do not control, including third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, and services that may link to or integrate with the Site or the Services. Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2.1. Information you provide directly to us:

  • Identifiers and contact information: your first and last name, email address, telephone and mobile number, postal and service address, and billing address.
  • Booking and service information: the Services you request or purchase, property type and size, number of rooms and bathrooms, scheduling preferences, frequency, special instructions, notes, and service history.
  • Property access information: keys, garage codes, gate codes, lockbox codes, alarm codes, entry instructions, and similar access credentials that you choose to provide so we can perform the Services.
  • Payment and transaction information: billing details and transaction records. Full payment-card numbers are processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our own systems.
  • Communications and content: the contents of your telephone calls, text messages, emails, web-form submissions, chat messages, reviews, survey responses, and any photographs, videos, or other materials you submit.
  • Marketing and preference information: your communication preferences, opt-ins and opt-outs, and responses to promotions.

2.2. Information collected automatically through the Site:

  • Usage and device data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, unique device and online identifiers, language settings, referring and exit URLs, pages and content viewed, links clicked, search terms, dates and times of access, and approximate (general) location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: information collected through cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), web beacons, tags, scripts, software development kits, server logs, and local storage, as described in Section 7.

2.3. Information we collect from other sources:

  • referrals from existing customers;
  • analytics providers, advertising networks, and social-media platforms;
  • service providers and vendors that support our operations;
  • internet service providers, operating systems, and platforms; and
  • publicly available sources and, where applicable, government entities (for example, in response to legal process).

3. Call Recording and Monitoring

3.1. We may record, monitor, and/or transcribe inbound and outbound telephone calls and other voice communications for quality assurance, training, scheduling, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and to generate call summaries, including through automated and artificial-intelligence tools.

3.2. California and certain other states require the consent of all parties to record a confidential communication. Where required, we provide a notice at or near the beginning of a call (for example, "this call may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes"). By continuing the call after such notice, you consent to the recording, monitoring, and transcription of that call. If you do not consent, you may end the call and contact us by another method, such as email or text.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • Provide the Services: to schedule, coordinate, and perform the Services; to provide access to the Premises as authorized; to manage your account, bookings, and Recurring Services; and to provide customer support.
  • Payments and billing: to process payments, deposits, fees, refunds, and chargebacks, and to maintain transaction records.
  • Communications: to send service-related and transactional messages (such as confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and billing) by phone, text, and email.
  • Marketing: with appropriate consent where required, to send newsletters, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications, and to administer surveys, contests, and referral programs.
  • Site operation and improvement: to operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the Site and the Services, and to understand how they are used.
  • Advertising and analytics: to conduct, measure, and improve advertising (including targeted advertising) and to perform analytics.
  • Safety, security, and fraud prevention: to protect the security and integrity of the Site, the Services, our personnel, and others, and to detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, and unlawful activity.
  • Legal and compliance: to comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and enforce our Terms of Service and this Policy.
  • Business operations and transfers: for general business administration and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

5. How We Share and Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose or make available your information as follows:

  • Contractors: the independent cleaning Contractors who perform your Services, who receive the information necessary to schedule and complete the work.
  • Service providers and vendors: third parties that perform functions on our behalf, including, by way of example, customer-relationship-management and messaging platforms (such as GoHighLevel / LeadConnector and Twilio), field-service and scheduling software, payment processors, website hosting providers, communications providers, and professional advisors. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us and are restricted from using it for their own marketing.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: providers such as Google (including Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram, including the Meta Pixel and Custom Audiences), which may use cookies and similar technologies to help us measure, deliver, and optimize advertising, including targeted or "cross-context behavioral" advertising. Depending on your state of residence, this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Sections 7 and 8 for your choices, including the right to opt out.
  • Other website visitors: information you post publicly (such as reviews, comments, or testimonials) may be visible to others.
  • Legal, safety, and protection: to comply with applicable law, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to respond to government requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our personnel, our customers, or others; and to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding fraud, security issues, or violations of our agreements.
  • Business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we may share information with lenders, auditors, and advisors as part of the process.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information: which does not directly identify you, for any lawful purpose.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

6.1. No mobile information—including your mobile phone number and your text-messaging opt-in or consent—will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers (such as our messaging platform and customer-service providers) solely to support and operate the text-messaging program. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing and will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

6.2. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP. See our SMS Terms for full program details. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Services.

7.3. Your choices. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, though some features of the Site may not function properly as a result. You may opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info/choices) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). To control Meta advertising, review your Meta ad preferences.

7.4. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and opt-out preference signals. Where required and technically feasible, we treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

7.5. Do Not Track. Our systems do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but you may exercise the choices described above.

  • Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8.3. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws. Depending on your state, you may have rights similar to those above, including the rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the "sale" of personal data, and certain profiling. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia may also have the right to appeal a denial of a request; to appeal, contact us using the details in Section 13.

8.4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Although we do not sell your personal information for money, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws. To opt out, you may: (a) adjust your cookie and browser settings and use the opt-out tools in Section 7; (b) enable a Global Privacy Control signal; or (c) contact us using the details in Section 13.

8.5. How to submit a request. Submit a request by emailing artscleaningservices@gmail.com or calling (949) 536-9790. We will take steps to verify your identity by matching the information you provide with information in our records, and we may request additional information for verification. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization; we may also require you to verify your identity directly.

8.6. California "Shine the Light." California residents may request information about our disclosures, if any, of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct-marketing purposes by contacting us. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
