Meet the owner
Art entered the cleaning industry in 2019 and founded Art's Cleaning in 2021 with one rule: leave every home the way you would want to find it. More than 5,000 homes later, that rule is written down, checked, and signed at every qualifying visit.
The company has grown from Irvine into Los Angeles, but the accountability is still personal. Art remains involved in the systems, the standards, and the experience clients receive — and he still runs the background and reference checks himself.

How our service works

Tell us the home and what you want covered. We reply as soon as possible during business hours with a scope and an upfront estimate, so you know the plan before we arrive; any change is cleared with you first. Booking costs nothing.
Every deep clean and move-out runs against the same written 50-point list: 12 kitchen points, 12 bathroom, 12 living-area, 6 bedroom, and 8 around the house. It is published in full, so you can read it before you book — and every other visit follows its own written room-by-room scope.
Before the crew leaves, a lead maid checks the work against the list and signs it. Quality is not left to whoever happened to be in your home that day.
