Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — most of our clients aren't. You can leave a key or a door code, or meet the team at the door the first time so you can size us up. We lock up when we're done and let you know the moment your home is ready.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything. We arrive with professional equipment and eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for kids, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. If you'd rather we use a specific product of yours, just leave it out with a note.
What about pets?
We love them. Our products are pet-safe, and we'll follow whatever routine keeps your pet comfortable — a closed door, a heads-up before we run the vacuum, or a supervisor with a wagging tail. Just tell us their name in the notes.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it, free. That's our satisfaction guarantee — no fine print, no debate. It's the reason Yelpers keep recommending us to their neighbors.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are walkable in 4–6 hours and fully dry within 24 hours. We extract as much moisture as the machine allows, and good airflow — a cracked window or the AC running — speeds things along.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture, yes — dining chairs, side tables, and small pieces get slid over and put back. Beds, dressers, china cabinets, and electronics stay put for safety reasons; we clean carefully around them and under the edges.
Can I bundle services on one visit?

How far in advance do I need to book?
Most first cleans are scheduled within 2–3 days, and we can often fit you in the same week — sometimes the same day. Weekend slots go first, so if you need a Saturday, claim it early.
