What's the difference between Standard, the Signature 50-Point, and Move In/Out?
Standard recurring covers routine maintenance after the home reaches its baseline. Deep Cleaning uses the Signature 50-Point scope, and Move-Out applies the same 50 points to an empty home. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons, not part of the 50.
Can I customize which rooms or tasks are included?
Yes. We confirm the base scope and any selected extras before work begins. Optional add-ons include inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, inside cabinets and drawers, interior window cleaning, laundry, and more; each is priced separately.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all supplies and equipment. We use only eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for kids, pets, and the environment.
How long does a cleaning take?
Timing varies with the amount of work, home condition, access, crew size, and selected add-ons. We confirm a realistic working window when scheduling instead of promising one fixed duration.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no extra charge.
Is inside the refrigerator included in Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning?
No. Inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons. Choose only what the home needs; selected add-ons are priced before work begins.
