How do you get in if I'm at work and my building uses a fob?
Leave a fob, a code, or a key with the concierge, and tell the building we're expected. That last part is what people forget. Access issues are the single most common reason a booked apartment clean doesn't happen on schedule.
Can you work around a roommate who's home?
Yes, though it's slower. Cleaners have to move around occupied rooms and come back to them. If your roommate can be out for the working window, or at least keep to one room, you get a better clean for the same money.
