What is window cleaning?
Window Cleaning addresses the selected interior or exterior panes, with height, access, screens, tracks, and hard-water treatment confirmed separately. Service is available in Laguna Hills, San Juan Capistrano, Coto de Caza, and surrounding areas.
The method depends on the material, condition, access, and result you need. We explain the recommended approach and your upfront price first.

Our process
Tell us how many windows and whether you want interior, exterior, or both — and flag any hard-to-reach or upper-floor windows so we bring the right equipment. Hard-water spotting and long-neglected glass may need extra attention, so let us know the condition.
Our team works pane by pane, then checks the selected glass in available light. Any confirmed sill, screen, track, or hard-water work follows the same written scope rather than being assumed for every window.
We check the windows with you, ideally in good light where streaks would show. On a recurring schedule, windows stay consistently clear; as a one-time service, it's a fast, high-impact refresh. Clean glass makes the whole home feel brighter and better kept.
What to expect
Window cleaning brings back clearer glass and more light. We confirm the selected panes, interior or exterior service, height, access, and any screens, tracks, or hard-water treatment before work begins.
Each selected pane is washed and detailed with a method appropriate to the glass and condition. Screens, tracks, frames, mineral buildup, and difficult access are included only when they are part of the confirmed scope.
The selected glass is reviewed in available light after cleaning. Permanent scratches, failed seals, etching, mineral damage, or inaccessible areas may remain and are explained rather than represented as removable soil.
Protected at every visit
Every Art's team member assigned to window cleaning is trained to inspect the material and condition, choose an appropriate method, protect adjacent surfaces, and follow the confirmed scope.
Every team member is background- and reference-checked and works from documented service notes. We set realistic expectations before work begins and review the completed work before departure.

“Very responsive (even on a Sunday). Easy booking. Professional, courteous, respectful and personable service. Competitive pricing. Great interaction about the details of the job and materials to be used to remove stains. Overall great job. I like it that you are dealing with the business owner or employee and not a sub-contractor like with some of the name-brand companies. Will definitely use Art's again.”

Good to know
Twice a year covers most Orange County homes. Coastal properties in Newport, Laguna, Santa Monica, and Marina del Rey need more — salt air films glass fast and, left long enough, mineral deposits etch it permanently. Once a year is the minimum before you start damaging the glass rather than just dirtying it.
Both, plus sills and tracks. Interior-only is available if that's all you need. Note the distinction: interior windows as a paid add-on to a cleaning visit means a wipe of reachable glass — the standalone Window Cleaning service is the full job with proper tools.
Not from the cleaning. Streaks after a professional job usually mean detergent residue left by whatever was used before, and they clear on the second service. What does come back is hard-water spotting from sprinklers hitting glass — worth aiming those away, or the glass will spot again in weeks.
Depends whether it's deposit or etching. Deposit sits on the glass and comes off with acid-based product and dwell time. Etching has physically pitted the surface — it looks like a permanent cloud and no cleaner removes it. We'll tell you which one you have on-site rather than after invoicing you.
Reachable exteriors, yes. Anything needing rope access, lifts, or high-rise rigging is a specialty trade and we'll say so rather than improvise on a ladder. In Century City and Westside towers, exterior glass above ground level is typically handled by the building.
