Best timing
Move-In Cleaning belongs after the previous occupant has left and you have access, but before boxes and furniture arrive. That empty interval makes closet floors, baseboards, floor edges, cabinet fronts, and accessible appliance exteriors easier to reach.
If belongings have already arrived, describe what is in the home and its current condition. Deep Cleaning or Standard Cleaning may fit better when the work must be completed around an occupied space.
Confirmed scope
The base service applies the Signature 50-Point scope across the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and throughout the empty home. The booking confirmation identifies the agreed areas and any condition details that affect the work.
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons rather than automatic inclusions. Exterior window cleaning remains a separately scoped Window Cleaning service.
Condition
Share clear photos of the kitchen, bathrooms, and any areas whose condition may change the requested work. If you received cleaning notes with the home, send the relevant items so they can be compared with the available scope before booking.
Access planning
Confirm who will provide access and how the team will receive the key, code, or building authorization. Include parking, gate, elevator, or restricted-hour details that apply to the property.
Tell us whether water and electricity will be available at the appointment. We will confirm any utility requirements for the agreed scope during scheduling.
Two addresses
Move-Out Cleaning is a separate appointment for the home you are leaving, after belongings are removed and before its walkthrough or key handoff. Each address needs its own condition details, access plan, estimate, and date.
Home size, condition, access, and selected add-ons inform the estimate and working window. We confirm the price before booking and the working window during scheduling.

Practically, no — most purchase contracts require the home "broom clean," which is a low bar, and chasing it after closing costs more than cleaning. Document it if you're mid-transaction. Otherwise the realistic move is to clean before your things arrive, which is the one window when every surface is reachable.
Inside every cabinet and drawer, the fridge including seals and the drip tray, inside the oven, the dishwasher filter, washer and dryer interiors including the lint housing, window tracks, vent covers, and the tops of door frames. Toilet seats and shower heads go on most people's replace-don't-clean list.
Before, while it's empty. Once furniture and boxes are in, half the surfaces you're paying for become unreachable, and closet floors and cabinet interiors get written off. If closing and moving fall on the same day, prioritize kitchen, bathrooms, and floors — those are the ones you can't easily do later.
Same 50-point base, plus the empty-home extras that only make sense with nothing in the way: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the fridge, inside the oven, and interior windows. That's why the scope goes further than a deep clean in an occupied home.
As soon as you have a closing or key date, scheduled for the day before the movers. Turnover season fills up. If the previous occupants leave late, we'd rather move you than lose the date entirely — tell us early and we'll hold flexibility.
