Move-in cleaning focuses on preparing an empty home before belongings arrive. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons, selected and priced separately before the visit.
Many of our move-in clients are adult children helping a parent transition into the Village from a longtime family home. We’re happy to coordinate timing with movers, the Mutual office, and the resident’s arrival so the keys are handed over to a manor that smells and feels brand new. We work patiently and respectfully — this should feel like a celebration, not a chore.

Yes. We can pick up keys from the Mutual, time our work to finish before your movers arrive, and even meet the moving truck for direction. Just give us the contact info and we’ll handle the choreography.
