Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons, selected and priced separately before the visit.
We coordinate with your closing schedule and key-handoff at your agent's convenience. Mike can separately provide hot-water extraction for eligible installed synthetic carpet after checking the fiber, care instructions, and extraction compatibility, plus on-site extraction for eligible synthetic area rugs after a compatibility check. We can coordinate those specialty services with the move-in visit and a follow-up biweekly recurring start.
