Our move-in clean is designed to give you a fully sanitized, fresh-smelling, ready-to-unpack home before the moving truck arrives. We start the day after you close (or the day of, depending on access), with a team of two to four cleaners covering every room. Hard water descaled. Vents cleaned. Floors mopped, carpets vacuumed. Move-in cleaning focuses on preparing an empty home before belongings arrive. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons, selected and priced separately before the visit.

We work in escrow-close situations across all gated communities — Bear Brand Ranch, Niguel Shores, Marina Hills’s gated sections — and coordinate with your realtor or escrow agent for key handoff if you’re still finalizing the move. Most Niguel move-ins take 5–7 hours for a 3- to 4-bedroom home.
