Deep Cleaning · Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo Deep Cleaning is a detailed reset for buildup that routine maintenance does not reach. The base service follows our Signature 50-Point scope for homes, including The Groves, Deane Homes and Stoneridge.
Cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, baseboards, fixtures, blinds, sills, and other accessible surfaces are handled according to the confirmed scope. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are not part of the base service.
Those four items are optional paid add-ons. Choose only what your home needs; selected add-ons are priced before work begins. Timing varies with home size, condition, crew size, access, and the add-ons you select.

Local expertise
What local homes and access conditions can mean for deep cleaning.
Family tract homes where 18 months of pet hair, shutter dust, and oven residue need a single reset day.
Original 1970s homes with vintage tile, vintage grout, and decades of layered residue that finally come back with a deep clean.
Mediterranean-style homes with tall walls, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling-fan dust that needs a ladder and a real plan.
Hillside view homes that catch wind-driven dust and require periodic baseboard, sill, and shutter resets.
55+ residents who want a single thorough day of work rather than weekly visits — perfect fit for our deep service.
Lake-adjacent homes with constant grit migration that benefit from a yearly tracks-and-baseboards reset.

“I requested for a deep cleaning for my apartment today and yesterday and they did an awesome job! I have many cats in my home which created a smell that I wanted to refresh. I will always be choosing Art for a home clean and have them already rescheduled for next month. High recommended. Thank you guys for your hard and thorough work!”

“Great housecleaning service! I recently had my bathroom redone after a leak in the shower. My house was SO dusty because of the construction. I asked for a deep clean and they did amazing. They were insanely thorough getting behind appliances, etc. I am very happy with their service.”

Good to know
Deep cleaning in Mission Viejo runs $280–$850 depending on home size and condition. Most 3-bedroom tract homes fall in the $420–$520 range. We estimate upfront after a quick walk-through over photos or video — anything beyond that scope is approved by you first.
Timing varies with home size, condition, crew size, access, and selected add-ons. The same workload lands differently with one, two, or three professionals, so we confirm a realistic working window when scheduling instead of promising one fixed duration.
Recurring cleaning maintains a baseline using a room-by-room maintenance checklist. Deep cleaning runs our full 50-Point Checklist to reset that baseline — baseboards, vents, blinds, behind the toilet, top of the fridge, ceiling fans, and grout. Most homes need a deep reset every 6–12 months.
Yes — fine ash settles on every horizontal surface, packs into vent covers, and migrates through HVAC returns. A deep clean after a major fire-season event is one of the most common bookings we get from Mission Viejo homes.
No. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons. Choose only what your home needs; selected add-ons are priced before work begins.
Mike can provide hot-water extraction for eligible installed synthetic carpet after checking the fiber, care instructions, and extraction compatibility. We can coordinate it or window cleaning with the deep clean — same day, single appointment, better total price.
