Choose the relationship

How recurring maid service works

Maid Service is for an ongoing cleaning relationship rather than a single appointment. The agreed routine and documented household preferences guide the visits arranged under the plan.

Standard Cleaning defines a maintenance visit

Standard Cleaning explains the maintenance-level scope itself. Maid Service adds the ongoing arrangement around that work, including the routine and household details that need to carry forward.

Housekeeping covers broader household upkeep

Housekeeping is the adjacent service for requested household-upkeep tasks beyond the cleaning routine. Use that page when the need extends past kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, and trash.

Define the repeatable routine

What a maid-service plan records

The cleaning core

The published maid-service scope is built around kitchen maintenance, bathroom maintenance, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, and trash removal. The exact rooms and tasks still need to be agreed for the household.

Household preferences

Priority rooms, product notes, pet notes, access instructions, and requested rotation tasks can be documented with the plan. Update those details when the household or the requested routine changes.

Set a workable rhythm

Choose cadence and handle change requests

Base frequency on the home's condition

Consider how quickly the home moves away from its maintained baseline, then ask which scheduling options are available for the requested plan. A household's needs matter more than a universal frequency rule.

Confirm the policy for schedule changes

If you need to reschedule, skip, pause, or change the requested frequency, contact the company as soon as possible. Ask which options, notice requirements, and other terms apply to your booking.

Plan people and access

Make requests without relying on guarantees

Requesting a familiar team member

You can request a familiar team member, but assignment depends on the confirmed schedule. Ask about the details that matter to you when arranging each visit.

Agree on presence and entry

Whether you need to be home depends on the access plan approved for the service. Review entry, parking, building, alarm, pet, and contact instructions before the first appointment and whenever they change.

Keep optional work visible

Add interior tasks without blurring the plan

Four add-ons stay separately selected

Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are separately selected paid add-ons. Request them when needed so they can be considered outside the core routine.

Exterior windows remain standalone

Exterior window cleaning belongs to the separately scoped Window Cleaning service. It should not be assumed to be part of a recurring maid-service visit.

Start with the right baseline

If the home currently has accumulated buildup, ask whether Deep Cleaning should come before the recurring plan. Maid Service maintains an agreed routine after the home has the appropriate starting scope.

Yelp

via Yelp

So we had a dog that we took care for a few days... During those few days, the dog made quite a mess in our new home and I needed it cleaned ASAP. They responded to me pretty quick, offered competitive pricing, and was able to squeeze me in their tight schedule. They showed up, talked about the job and they set realistic expectations (as it should). They cleaned the stairs and the master bedroom, which they definitely did a great job! No complaints.

Maid Service questions

What's the difference between a maid service and a cleaning service?

Scope of relationship, not depth of cleaning. A cleaning service delivers a defined task list on a visit. Maid Service is the ongoing arrangement where a routine, your preferences, and your priorities carry from visit to visit. If you want continuity and someone who already knows your home, that's Maid Service.

Can I ask for different things on different visits?

Yes, if you ask before the visit. Priority shifts inside the agreed scope are normal — guest room this week, kitchen next. What needs separate approval is work outside the scope or a paid add-on like inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, or interior windows.

Will I get the same person every time?

Your same core team whenever possible, with a vetted backup when scheduling requires it. Sick days and vacations exist. What stays constant is the checklist and the standard, so a backup visit isn't a different service — everyone works the same published scope.

What happens if I'm not happy with a visit?

Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean the area at no charge. That window matters: after a few days nobody can tell what the crew missed from what the household did since. Photos of the specific spot get it fixed fastest.

Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a number of visits?

No long-term contract. You pick a frequency, and you can change or pause it. Recurring pricing is set by home size and how often we come, so switching from bi-weekly to monthly changes the per-visit price — more time passes, so more work accumulates. We'll re-quote before the change takes effect.
