Spring Cleaning · Laguna Niguel
Spring in Laguna Niguel hits hard. Jacarandas drop their purple bloom on Crown Valley Parkway. Oak and sycamore pollen coats every patio in Niguel Hills and Bear Brand Ranch. The mature ficus trees lining the older Rancho Niguel and Niguel Hills streets release fine particulate that infiltrates every screen door and HVAC return. By the time April arrives, your home is carrying months of layered pollen, dust, and winter buildup that no weekly cleaning ever fully addresses. Spring cleaning is the annual reset.
Our spring program goes beyond the standard room-by-room checklist. We also tackle the seasonally specific issues — jacaranda sap on entry walks, pollen film on patio furniture, hillside dust on west-facing sills. Spring cleaning is a seasonal reset built around the areas selected for the visit. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window cleaning are optional paid add-ons, selected and priced separately before the visit.
Most Niguel households book spring cleaning between mid-March and mid-May. Mike can separately provide hot-water extraction for eligible installed synthetic carpet after checking the fiber, care instructions, and compatibility. For upholstery, Mike works only on eligible synthetic fabric after checking the care label, manufacturer guidance, and compatibility; we do not clean leather or delicate fabrics. Window cleaning can also be scoped separately.

Local expertise
What local homes and access conditions can mean for spring cleaning.
Mature ficus and oak pollen settles deep in 1980s tract homes — full vent and sill detail makes a dramatic difference.
Hillside estates near jacaranda-lined streets need thorough patio, entry, and slider attention every spring.
Ridge-top homes with west-facing exposure carry the heaviest pollen load — a true spring reset is essential.
Original-owner homes with mature landscaping right outside the door — annual reset is a tradition here.
Family neighborhoods with two-story plans where spring pollen travels between floors.
Tennis-community homes that benefit from yearly deep cleaning of tile floors and patios.

Good to know
Spring cleaning in Niguel ranges from $300 to $820 depending on home size. A 3-bedroom Niguel Hills home typically runs $400–$520. A clear estimate is provided upfront with your free quote.
Mid-March through mid-May is peak season in Niguel. Booking a few weeks ahead is recommended — late April fills up first because of jacaranda and oak pollen peaks.
A 3-bedroom Niguel home takes 5–7 hours with a team of 2–3 cleaners. Larger Bear Brand Ranch and Niguel Summit estates often take a full day. We don’t rush the spring reset.
Spring cleaning is essentially a deep clean with extra emphasis on seasonal issues — pollen on sills and vents, sap on patios, hard water from winter, blind slats, and vent grilles. Deep cleaning is a more general year-round intensive.
Both are separately quoted specialty services. Mike first confirms eligible installed synthetic carpet and compatibility with water-based extraction; window cleaning is scoped separately. Bundle pricing is available when you book multiple services together, and same-visit scheduling depends on availability.
Yes — commercial vacuums, descalers, eco-friendly degreasers, microfiber, and specialty pollen-trap cloths. You don’t need to provide anything.
