Mike can separately quote hot-water extraction for eligible installed synthetic carpet after checking the fiber, care instructions, and compatibility. For upholstery, Mike works only on eligible synthetic fabric after checking the care label, manufacturer guidance, and compatibility; we do not clean leather or delicate fabrics.
