Carpet Cleaning · Santa Ana
We clean installed synthetic carpet in bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and stairs. Mike, our steam-cleaning technician, checks the fiber, condition, traffic lanes, and problem spots before work begins. Service is available across Santa Ana.
Hot-water extraction is commonly called steam cleaning. We do not clean wool or other natural-fiber carpet. If the fiber is unknown or the manufacturer does not allow water-based extraction, we decline the work rather than risk damage.

“Highly recommend Art's team, this is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. I have 3 pets, so the carpet stain is terrible and turned dark for a long time. Art cleaned it just like brand new, can't believe the dark spots all removed! the price is great, awesome service. Super clean, and they are very professional!! Would definitely schedule again.”

Good to know
Walkable in clean socks almost immediately, and usually fully dry inside a day — airflow, temperature, and humidity decide it. Wait for fully dry before furniture goes back — wood and metal feet on damp fiber transfer stain and rust marks that are harder to remove than the dirt you just paid to take out. If something must go back early, put foil or plastic tabs under the legs.
Hot-water extraction (what everyone calls steam cleaning) is what most carpet manufacturers specify to keep a warranty valid, and it pulls the most embedded soil out of the fiber. Low-moisture and bonnet methods dry in an hour or two but mainly clean the top of the pile. Art's uses hot-water extraction on eligible installed synthetic carpet.
That's wicking, not a failed clean. Soil sitting deeper than the fiber face travels back up with the moisture as the carpet dries and reappears as a shadow of the original spot. It's re-treatable. Tell us within a few days and we'll come back out.
Surface accidents caught early usually come out completely. Urine that soaked through into the pad and subfloor is a different problem — cleaning the fiber alone leaves the source in place, and the odor returns with humidity. That needs saturation treatment, and in bad cases pad replacement. We'll tell you which one you have rather than promising it away.
Manufacturers generally specify every 12–18 months to keep a warranty in force. Households with pets, small kids, or allergy sufferers do better at 6–12 months. Vacuuming removes dry soil but not the oily film that binds dirt to the fiber and dulls color in traffic lanes.
