Cliff-front homes in South Laguna and Three Arch Bay get full-property remodels that take months. The end-of-project cleanup determines whether the home is ready for the owner walkthrough, the architectural photographer, or the listing photographer — and our post-construction crews are built specifically for that final stage.

We handle three distinct phases: a rough cleanup after framing and rough trades, a finish-level cleanup once cabinets and tile are in, and the final detail clean that prepares the home for handover. Drywall dust is removed from every track, vent, and corner. Paint splatter is cleared from glass, hardware, and floors. Construction-grade adhesive residue is treated on tile and stone. Every surface is left at the level the owner — and the architect — expects.

Hillside and oceanfront builds present access challenges that ordinary cleanup crews aren’t prepared for. Narrow streets in Woods Cove and South Laguna, long stair runs in Top of the World, and gated entries in Three Arch Bay and Emerald Bay all require thoughtful planning.
