Why Art's in Century City
We register the crew with concierge once, hold the service-elevator window we reserved, and arrive inside it — so a clean on the 32nd floor never turns into forty minutes of lobby paperwork.
Every cleaner is background- and reference-checked, and we send vendor paperwork naming your HOA and management company before the first visit. Crews are trained on the finishes these buildings favor: honed stone, lacquered cabinetry, and wall-to-wall glass.
The checklist covers what a tower residence actually needs — slider channels, balcony thresholds, mirrored closet doors, and the return-air grilles that push the same conditioned air through your rooms all day. Nothing is left to a cleaner's memory.
About Century City
Century City is a compact 90067 grid wedged between Beverly Hills and Westwood, built on the land that was once the Fox back lot and bounded by Santa Monica Boulevard on the north and Olympic on the south. The people who live here largely work here: attorneys and agents in the Century Plaza Towers, producers on the Fox Studio Lot, physicians in the medical offices along Century Park East. A second group never planned to live here full time at all — they keep a unit as a pied-a-terre and are gone for weeks.
Almost nothing in the district is a detached house. The residential stock is high-rise condominium: towers stacked along Avenue of the Stars, Century Park East and Century Park West, The Century rising over the eastern edge, plus the gated low-rise residences of Century Woods and the terraced units at Century Hill. Interiors run from 1970s originals with galley kitchens and mirrored walls to full-floor rebuilds with book-matched stone. What every one of them shares is the building around it — a doorman, a valet ramp, a loading dock, and an HOA that decides when a vendor may use the freight car.
Two physical conditions drive the work here. Window walls face west toward the ocean, and low afternoon sun turns any film left on that glass into a visible haze, so interior glazing has to be finished streak-free rather than simply wiped. Meanwhile the towers are sealed and mechanically ventilated; nothing airs out. Fine dust recirculates and settles on upper cabinets, art ledges and return grilles, while grit thrown off the Santa Monica Boulevard and Olympic corridors rides in through open balcony doors and packs into slider tracks.
Art's Cleaning has served Southern California since 2021, and in Century City that means working to building rules as closely as to a checklist: vendor paperwork filed with management, elevator windows booked ahead, crews who know the freight lobby is the entrance. Owners who travel keep us on standard and recurring visits, sellers and returning residents book deep cleaning, and tenancy changes run through move-out cleaning.

Local expertise
Vertical living changes the job. Here is what a 90067 tower residence demands, and how our crews handle it.
Most buildings here will not pass a vendor beyond the freight lobby without vendor paperwork on file and a reserved elevator slot. We send the vendor paperwork to management before the first visit and book the window ourselves, so the crew spends its time upstairs cleaning rather than waiting at the loading dock.
West-facing glass catches direct light from mid-afternoon on, and fingerprints, cooking film and dog-nose marks all surface at once. Damp-cloth wiping only redistributes them. We finish interior glazing and mirrored closet fronts in a two-stage squeegee-and-buff pass so the view stays the view.
A tower unit never airs out. The same conditioned air cycles through return grilles hour after hour, laying a fine layer on top of upper cabinetry, art ledges and door casings — the exact places a quick tidy never reaches. Our crews work strictly high to low and wipe grilles each visit.
Traffic along Santa Monica Boulevard and Olympic, with the 405 a short distance west, lifts a gray film onto balcony rails, thresholds and slider channels. Left in place it grinds into the roller path and the door starts to drag. We vacuum channels and wash thresholds before floors are done.

Good to know
Our published range runs $200–$550+ for most services, with maid service starting at $120–$300+. Where a Century City residence lands depends on square footage, how much glass and stone it carries, and whether you are booking recurring or one-time. Send the unit size and your building and we will reply with a written estimate as soon as possible during business hours.
All of 90067. That covers the towers on Avenue of the Stars, Century Park East and Century Park West, Constellation Boulevard, The Century, the gated residences at Century Woods and Century Hill, Century City Center, and the blocks running east to the Beverly Hills line and west toward Westwood.
Before the first visit we send vendor paperwork naming your HOA and management company, register each cleaner with the front desk, and reserve the service elevator for the window your building allows. If management requires a vendor packet or badge photos, forward it with your quote request and we complete it.
Our crews arrive with everything, including HEPA-filtered vacuums and eco-friendly products safe for children, pets, stone and lacquered cabinetry. Nothing is stored in your unit and nothing is carried up in an unmarked bag past your concierge. If your HOA restricts particular products, tell us and we substitute.
We prioritize familiar team members for recurring visits. Scheduling may occasionally require a substitute, who receives your saved service notes before arrival.
Book online in about a minute, request a free quote, or call and text (323) 370-0898. We answer as soon as possible during business hours and hold same-day slots for urgent requests. Every visit carries our 100% satisfaction promise — if something is missed, we return and re-clean it free.
